12. E-Commerce / Purchases

All prices are listed in USD and must be paid in full at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated.

Bookings (Counselling & Prayer Sessions)

• Sessions must be booked in advance.

• You are responsible for attending your scheduled session on time.

• One reschedule allowed

• No refunds after booking

• You can cancel and recieve a refund if you cancel 24 hours in advance. 

• Discounted packages will be dedicted according to normal session rates.

• Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are final and non-refundable.​

13. Memberships / Subscriptions

Certain Services may be offered through recurring memberships or subscription-based access, including community access, discipleship programs, coaching, prayer support, or online course memberships hosted through platforms such as Thinkific and Skool.

Billing & Renewals

• By purchasing a subscription or membership, you authorize recurring payments based on the billing cycle selected at checkout (e.g., monthly or annually).

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform used for purchase or by contacting us directly.

• Cancellation will stop future billing cycles but does not typically provide refunds for payments already made unless otherwise stated.

• Access to Membership Content

• We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue membership content, community features, or subscription offerings at any time.

One-Off Sessions & Bundles

• Individual counselling sessions, prayer sessions, and session bundles are one-time purchases and are not subject to recurring billing unless explicitly stated at checkout.

• Membership subscription payments are non-refundable once billed. Notify contact ASAP to stop further billing.

• Session bundles must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

​14. Emergency / crisis disclaimer

Our Services are not intended for crisis support or emergency mental health care. If you are in crisis or believe you may harm yourself or others, contact emergency services or a qualified crisis support provider immediately.​​​​​​

15. Dispute Resolution

IIf a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.​

16. Faith-Based Nature of Services

Our Services are faith-based and may include biblical teaching, prayer, and spiritual guidance rooted in Christian beliefs. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this spiritual framework.
