Assist clients in establishing clear boundaries to prevent work or personal obligations from encroaching on their well-being. Learning to say no when necessary and delegating tasks can alleviate the burden of overwhelm.

Encourage individuals to reach out for support from friends, family, or professional counselors. Sharing their experiences and feelings with trusted individuals can provide emotional relief and perspective, easing the burden of burnout.
